One of our Northernmost customers, KJNP is located in North Pole, Alaska, about 150 miles south of the Arctic Circle.
The station's facilities are located in the largest log building in Alaska. Over the past year, KJNP has been modernizing
the technical equipment, including a new 50,000 watt NAUTEL XR-60, all solid-state transmitter for their AM station.
Regarding the SOD roof. The grass does have to be mowed in the summer time. In the winter time, they experience
6 to 8 foot snow falls.
